Science Department

Our core science courses include comprehensive laboratory work and are structured to meet the University of California’s "a-g" entrance requirements, specifically fulfilling the "d" credit for science. For UC admission, students must complete two years of "d" credit science courses. PUSD requires three years of science for graduation.

The content of each core science course aligns with the California State Standards, ensuring students receive a rigorous education that prepares them for both graduation and university admission.
