I am thrilled to have joined the Pasadena Bulldog Counseling Team! I am a first-generation Latina graduate, passionate about supporting and empowering students. It brings me great joy to support students in their academics, social-emotional well-being, and college and career goals. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, playing board games, and rooting for the Dodgers, Clippers, and the Chiefs.

I’m thrilled to join the counseling team at my alma mater! I’m a first-generation latina, born and raised in Pasadena, and I’m beyond excited about working with students in my community. My interest in education and counseling started during my time as a student at PHS, so I look forward to guiding and empowering students to pursue their passions. I’m a huge advocate for higher education and have experience working at the 2 year and 4 year college level. In addition to helping students prepare for life after high school, I look forward to supporting their socioemotional and academic needs. Overall, I hope to make our student’s time at PHS as significant as it was for me!

I am excited to be joining the PHS team this year and looking forward to working with high schoolers for the first time! I was born and raised in Long Beach and currently reside in Highland Park with my husband and many fur babies. My favorite part about being a counselor is getting to know my students and what has shaped them into the young adults they have become, and even more so, discussing their visions and paths for their futures. I'm looking forward to many years to come as a Bulldog!
